As some of you may know my dad was introduced to Barry Hoven the founder of Kure It when he was diagnosed with Kidney cancer. Barry had also been diagnosed with Kidney cancer and recognized there was very little research being done on Kidney cancer. Kure it was founded to raise funds for Kidney cancer but now supports research to a broader range of underfunded cancers. Since the passing of my dad and Barry, Briggs Electric and my family have been strong supporters of Kure It. In fact my brother Todd is on the Board of Directors of Kure It.
