I am participating in the UCI Anti-Cancer Challenge to raise funds and awareness for critical cancer research!
My dad died of cancer, my uncle died of cancer, I lost a friend to cancer, and currently two friends are fighting cancer including my bestie, Amy. We met the first day of 7th grade (a story I tell my students on the first day of middle school) and became better and better friends through high school and playing volleyball together.
I can to support research that has the potential to save lives and improve the quality of life for all those who have been affected.
If you can, please help by donating today. Every dollar raised goes directly to pilot projects and early phase clinical trials that aim to develop new insights into cancer prevention, treatment and cures — to save lives.
