Many of you know the devastating effects that both cancer and treatment have on head and neck patients. As a department, we do our best to improve the lives of our patients, and the UCI Anti-Cancer Challenge is a fun way for us to get together as a team to raise funds for these efforts.

One hundred percent of the funds we raise go directly to support cancer research. Each year, UCI Health has increased the number of UCI Anti-Cancer Challenge grants available for promising pilot studies and early phase clinical trials in head and neck cancer, and we continue to apply for these.
