When you raise $500 or more, you'll enjoy access to food, drink, massage chairs and more in the VIP Lounge on event day.

Team Packet Pickup
Early team packet pickup is available only on Wednesday, Oct. 2 for teams of 10 or more members.
Requests for "bulk" team pick-up must be submitted by Friday, September 27 at 5:00 PM PT. For team packet pickup bulk requests, please click here to submit your request.
Event Day Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will also be available at the registration tent, marked by giant yellow balloons in the festival at 6 a.m. on Challenge Day; however we strongly recommend you pick up your packet prior to Oct. 5 to avoid delays.

6:30 a.m. – 100-Mile Ride
7:00 a.m. – 60 Mile Ride
8:00 a.m. - Mountain Bike Ride
8:00 a.m. – Festival Opens
8:15 a.m. – 35-Mile Ride
8:45 a.m. – 14-Mile Ride
9:00 a.m. – 5K and 10K Run/Walk Opening Ceremony
9:15 a.m. - 10K Run/Walk
9:20 a.m. – 5K Run/Walk
10:00 a.m. – Complimentary Lunch Available
11:00 a.m. – Awards Presentation
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Musical Entertainment
2:00 p.m. – Festival Concludes
*VIP Lounge and Rider Central remain open until last rider returns
