Welcome to Team Keenan ! We are so grateful for all of your love and support during this healing journey. Every dollar directly fuels projects striving to save lives through innovative treatments and prevention.

The UCI Anti-Cancer Challenge was started by my brother-in-law, Dr Rick Van Etten, who is now the director of the UCI Chao Cancer Center as well as the captain of my medical team.
I am dedicating my efforts to this noble cause as a “Thank You” to Rick for his lifelong commitment to finding a cure for cancer and for being a godsend to my family and thousands of others during his esteemed career. Rick’s clinical expertise extended the life of my mother during her battle with lung cancer, my father during his battle with multiple myeloma, and now mine. Supporting this cause is the best way I know of to thank such a brilliant researcher and empathetic clinician.
