Dear Prayer Family, For a while now, our hearts have felt heavy under the weight of three words we never expected to hear: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). It brought a wave of fear and uncertainty that felt overwhelming at times. Yet, in the middle of all that darkness, the brightest light has been each of you—wrapping Isaiah and our whole family in the grace of God and the steady, lifting power of prayer. We truly believe our collective cries were heard. While Isaiah faces a lifelong journey of monitoring and full-body scans to watch for any new lesions, we received news that brought tears of profound relief: his treatment path is pointing toward steroids rather than chemotherapy. His next scan is set for three months from now to see if the current lesion has shifted, and we will likely begin treatment after the doctors can compare those images. Knowing we don’t have to carry this alone has meant more than words could ever capture. To this beautiful prayer family: thank you for holding us up when our knees felt weak. You have shown us what faith in action looks like, and I carry every single one of you and your loved ones in my daily prayers with an overflowing heart. If this season has taught me anything, it’s the quiet power of standing up fiercely for those we love—especially our little ones who can't speak for themselves. Trust your instincts, never hesitate to ask hard questions, and keep fighting for answers. Thank you for loving my boy and walking beside ME. With all my love and gratitude, Luis
