Early packet pickup is a convenient option for participants to collect their event packets before the day of the event. This helps avoid the rush and ensures you have everything you need ahead of time. Your event packet will include all necessary materials such as your bib, t-shirt and any additional information relevant to your participation.

We recommend each participant pick up their packet individually to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
If you need to pick up packets for family and friends, please inform them in advance to avoid any duplicates or confusion.
Team Packet Pickup
Early team packet pickup is available on Wednesday, Oct. 8 for teams of 10 or more members. Requests for "bulk" team pick-up must be submitted by Friday, Oct. 3 at 5 PM PT. For team packet pickup bulk requests, please click here to submit your request.
The team pickup option is for the entire team only, pickups for only select team members are not permitted.
Teams with less than 10 members and individual participants do not need to submit a request and can simply walk in to pick up their packet during early packet pickup or on event day. Walk-ins to pick up for a list of family members are welcome but may experience longer wait times.
Event Day Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will also be available at the registration tent, marked by giant yellow balloons in the festival starting at 6 a.m. on Challenge Day; however we strongly recommend you pick up your packet prior to Oct. 11 to avoid delays.
