Early packet pickup is a convenient option for participants to collect their event packets before the day of the event. This helps avoid the rush and ensures you have everything you need ahead of time. Your event packet will include all necessary materials such as your bib, t-shirt and any additional information relevant to your participation.

We recommend each participant pick up their packet individually to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
If you need to pick up packets for family and friends, please inform them in advance to avoid any duplicates or confusion.

OPTIONAL FOR TEAMS OF 10 OR MORE - Team Packet Pickup
Optional Team Packet Pickup Criteria and Guidelines:
• Eligibility: Team pickup is available exclusively for teams of 10 or more members.
• Request Deadline: Requests for team pickup must be submitted by Friday, Oct. 2 at 5 p.m.
• Pickup Date: Team packet pickup will be on Thursday, Oct. 8.
Important Information:
• No Special Requests: Due to the high volume of participants, team packet pickup is for the entire team, pickups for only select team members are NOT permitted.
• Bulk Distribution: All team members’ materials, including t-shirts and bibs, will be placed in one bulk package. Sorting and distributing these materials to individual team members will be the responsibility of the team captains.
• Team members added to your team after Tuesday, Oct. 8 will NOT be included in the bulk team pickup.
Responsibilities and Communication:
• Inform Your Team: If you opt to pickup packets for your entire team, please inform your team members that you will be picking up their items to prevent them from going separately to pick up packets and avoiding duplicates.
• Distribution: As the team captain, you will be responsible for choosing a date and time to distribute these items, whether it is before the event or on the event day.
Please note that you are not required to pick up items for your team members. If you choose not to request for team packet pickup, your team members will receive separate emails regarding picking up their individual packets during early packet pickup or on the event day.
Teams with less than 10 members do not need to submit a request and can simply walk in to pick up their packet during early packet pickup or on event day. Walk-in requests for Bulk Packet Pickup for teams with less than 10 members are welcome but may experience longer wait times.
Event Day Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be available at the registration tent, marked by giant yellow balloons in the festival starting at 6 a.m. on Challenge Day.
It is recommended to come at least one hour prior to your ride/run/walk start time to avoid long lines.
