Festival Support - Aldrich Park

6 - 10 a.m.

Description:
Check in vendors/booth participants and direct them to assigned areas. Pass out produce and giveaways. Act as Info Booth for all ACC Participants

Honor Wall - Aldrich Park
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5

7 - 10 a.m.
10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Description:
Facilitate honor wall participation. Explain its importance to guests. Pass out markers, stickers, etc.

Start/Finish Line - Aldrich Park
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5

5:30 - 8:30 a.m.
8:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Description:
Cheer on teams as they start and finish their activity.

60-mile and 100-mile Finish Line - Aldrich Park
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5

2 - 5 p.m.

Description:
Cheer on riders as the return from their routes.

5K/10K Route Guides

Pass out water at stations along the 5K/10K route.

Rider Central

Description:
Rider check in at Rider Central tent. Bike valet.

Ride Marshalls
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5

Available Shift Times:
Corresponds with which cycling route you'd like to ride.

Description:
Monitor rider progress. Provide/assist with basic bike maintenance and support.

Team Photo Assistant - Aldrich Park
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5

Available Shift Times:
8 - 10 a.m.
10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Description:
Stationed at the team photo booth area. Distribute photo booth props and help guests take photos on their cell phones (if asked).

VIP Check-In - Aldrich Park
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5

Description:
Check-in VIP guest and distribute wrist bands.
